About Pnima
A Jerusalem Community for Soulful Living
Pnima is a new Torah-centered community in the heart of Jerusalem, dedicated to cultivating a life of authenticity, connection, and spiritual depth.
We gather for soulful tefillah (prayer), vibrant learning, and moments of heartfelt connection — creating a rhythm of community life that is grounded in Torah, aligned with the Jewish calendar, and alive with creativity, song, and meaning.
Inspired by the kind of spiritual vibrancy found in communities like Rav Shlomo Katz’s in Efrat, Pnima was founded by Rav Yonatan Attias and Rav Ben de Toledo with the blessing and guidance of Rav Shlomo and the Shirat David Commuinty. What began with intimate gatherings and musical tefillot has grown into a collective journey of people seeking depth, connection, and a renewed sense of purpose.
Though rooted locally in Katamon, our vision extends beyond our walls — offering teachings, recordings, and experiences that reach hearts across Israel and beyond. Whether in-person or online, we aim to nurture a growing community of Jews seeking to live more deeply in tune with Torah, with each other, and with the Divine.
