Refund Policy

1. General Policy
Pnima Jerusalem, a project of Habaita Yerushalayim (Amutah), is a registered non-profit organization in Israel.
We deeply appreciate your support and generosity. Donations are used to fund our community programs, events, and educational and creative initiatives.
As a general rule, all donations are final and non-refundable. Once a contribution has been processed, it cannot be canceled or returned.
2. Exceptions
Refunds may be granted only under exceptional circumstances, such as:

A duplicate transaction or processing error.

A technical issue resulting in an unintended payment.

Any other case deemed valid at the discretion of Pnima Jerusalem’s administration.
Requests for refund consideration must be submitted within 14 days of the original transaction date.
